The work of Antony and the International Scott Centenary Expedition 2012 in spearheading Scott’s Centenary is fantastic. As a city, Plymouth will benefit greatly from the educational outreach programme run alongside the expedition.

During a visit to the Plymouth events held to mark the centenary of their grandfathers' last birthday dinner on 6 June 1911, Captain Scott's 3 grandchildren, Falcon Scott, Dafila Scott and Nicola Starks spoke to the local press during a visit to the memorial to Captain Scott and the Pole Party at Mount Wise. Amongst other topics, they spoke of their support of the ISCE and the Spirit of Scott expeditions and for the education and outreach work of Antony Jinman:
"The siblings added that they recognised the great importance of the work Antony Jinman had carried out in schools, teaching about Antarctica and communities in the Polar Regions." For more, see the Plymouth Herald, 6 June 2011.
