Captain Scott was one of the great Naval heroes of the 20th century; with this in mind I am delighted to support the Expedition and their campaign to raise public awareness, not only of the achievements of Scott and his team, but also of his continuing legacy and relevance in the modern era.

On 24th March 2011 ISCE Ltd. was entered onto the Register of Charities at the Charity Commission for England and Wales, as Registered Charity Number 1140876
Everyone involved with the project is delighted with this news, which marks an important step towards achieving our objectives for marking the centenary of the deaths of Captain Scott RN, Dr. Wilson, Captain Oates, Lieutenant Bowers RIM and P.O. Evans RN - and remembering their huge contributions to polar science and exploration.
We ask you now to support our vision of a centenary marked as Scott and the Polar Party would have wanted: with polar science; with exploration; and with education for the public good - and in so doing to inspire new generations to expand their aspirations and dreams.
